• Funding: Learning about different funding avenues for your organization on a local, state and federal level. You will learn how to set up site visits for potential donors & funders.

• Community Activation: Mobilizing your community to support you and your project. You will learn how to build strategic insights for your events and how to invite local change-makers to your events.

• Coalition Building & Alignment: Creating tools to help you work across difference and build collective power. Making decision-making frameworks, managing conflict & tension, clarifying roles & accountability, and understanding movement alignment & message coherence.
